A woman’s overall health can improve provided she takes the right kind of diet that in turn needs to contain the required nutritional content. On the other hand, when women’s hormone levels are adequate it can help make a woman look more attractive. There is in fact a definite link between women’s hormone levels and more particularly the level of a woman’s hormone called oestrogen that when found in higher levels in a woman will lead to her developing larger breasts, more attractive hip to waist ratio and also more attractive facial features.

Hormone testing for women is used to evaluate the hormonal balance in a woman during her pre and also post-menopausal period and all it takes to complete the test is giving a single blood sample. The test then takes a look at estrogens such as estradiol, estrone and estriol and it also looks at the hormone progesterone that is known to rise as well as fall during her menstrual cycles.
